Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using the DecorAI app for Android and this website (together, the "Service"). By using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What DecorAI does

DecorAI uses artificial intelligence to redesign rooms. You upload a photo of a room, pick a style, and the app generates new interior-design images based on your photo. New users get a small number of free designs; after that, a subscription is needed.

2. Your photos and generated designs

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you give us permission to process it — including through our AI provider — only to create your design results and run the Service. You may use the designs the app generates for you for personal or commercial purposes, as far as the law allows.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people's private property without permission, or images that are illegal, harmful, or abusive.

3. AI-generated content

• Results may be inaccurate or unrealistic. The AI can change room shapes, invent furniture that does not exist, or show layouts that would not work in real life.
• Results are not professional advice. Do not treat them as architectural, structural, electrical, or safety guidance. Talk to a qualified professional before real renovation work.
• Similar results may be generated for other users. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique.
• If a result looks wrong, offensive, or inappropriate, use the report button in the app so we can review it.

4. Subscriptions (Google Play)

DecorAI offers auto-renewing subscriptions — weekly and annual plans. The exact price is always shown inside the app and in Google Play before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the period ends.
• You can cancel any time in the Google Play app: tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DecorAI → Cancel.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling does not refund time already used.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel it in Google Play.
• Prices may change. If they do, Google Play will notify you before you are charged a new price, as its rules require.

5. Refunds

All payments are processed by Google. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. You can request a refund through your Google Play order history. If you have trouble, contact us too — we will do our best to help.

6. Fair use and limits

To keep the Service fast and affordable for everyone, generation limits apply — such as a set number of free designs and a daily cap on generations. We may adjust these limits, and we will show the current limits in the app.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal.
• Upload content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or harms others.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its AI systems.
• Resell or copy the Service itself.

8. Our property

The DecorAI app, name, logo, and design are ours. These Terms do not give you any rights to them, other than the right to use the app as intended.

9. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use DecorAI. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and any purchase must be made under Google Play's family rules.

10. No warranty; limits on our liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

11. Ending or pausing accounts

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you break these Terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. You can stop using the Service at any time — remember to cancel any active subscription in Google Play.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
