Delete your DecorAI data

This page explains how to delete the data that the DecorAI: AI Home & Room Design app for Android (developer: Watermelon Juice) stores about you. You do not need an account: the app uses a random anonymous ID, so you delete your data from inside the app.

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open DecorAI.
2. Tap the gear icon on the Home screen to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my data, then confirm with Delete.

Deletion runs at once. The app shows "done" when our servers have finished.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email hi@watermelonlove.cloud with the subject "DecorAI data deletion". To find your data we need your User ID: it is shown in the app under Settings → User ID (tap to copy). We confirm by email when the deletion is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Every room photo you uploaded.
• Every AI design created from your photos.
• Your design history (style, room type and time of each design).
• Your usage record (free designs used, daily count).
• Our stored copy of your Google Play subscription status and purchase token.
• Your designs saved on the phone inside the app's library.

What is kept, and for how long

• Image reports you sent (if any): kept for safety moderation, but your ID is removed from them first, so they are no longer linked to you.
• Server logs (technical records such as IP address, time and request type): deleted automatically after 30 days.
• The random anonymous ID itself: it stays in our sign-in system with no photos, designs or other data attached to it.
• Our AI provider (Replicate) deletes the photo and result it processed for a design automatically within 1 hour of that design.
• Google Play payment records are held by Google, not by us, under Google's own policy.
